Gaby Coarasa, the owner, who now has the help of her nephew, Pepo, continues to offer the cuisine that has made her famous both in the Hecho valley and throughout Spain; dishes such as stuffed vegetables, pheasant and wild boar stews, roast lamb and migas (a local speciality based on breadcrumbs, ham, garlic etc.). But they also now include new, more modern and daring dishes (always prepared with the same care and attention to detail, for example pate with coca-cola sorbet).

A well-stocked wine cellar complements the attraction of this emblematic establishment.




Our menu


Restaurante Gaby offers a varied menu using products in season with priority given to produce from Aragón, Huesca and meats from the Pyrenees. The menu changes several times a year with the aim of ensuring that at all times the food reflects the produce in season.

Throuhout the year, in addition to the standard menu we prepare stews etc for those who love more home-made style cooking – such as local delicacies as Boliches de Embun (highly prized vegetables from the valley).

We recommend that you ask to see the special tasting menu.
